1. Definitions

– “Company”: Refers to Position Ghana Limited. 

– “Client”: Refers to any business or individual utilizing our HR and recruitment services. 

– “Candidate”: Refers to any individual seeking employment through our services. 

– “Services”: Refers to all HR, recruitment, and related consultancy services provided by Position Ghana Limited. 


2. Scope of Services

Position Ghana Limited offers professional HR and recruitment solutions, including but not limited to: 

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition. 
  • Employee training and capacity-building programs. 
  • HR consultancy, policy development, and payroll management. 

 

3. Obligations of the Company

  • We will strive to provide accurate, efficient, and high-quality services tailored to meet the needs of our clients and candidates. 
  • We will maintain the confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information provided by clients and candidates. 
  • Position Ghana Limited will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in delivering services. 

 

4. Obligations of the Client

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding job openings, company policies, and other relevant details. 
  • Clients agree to pay for services rendered according to the terms outlined in our agreement. 
  • Any delays or miscommunication caused by the client may result in corresponding delays in service delivery. 

 

5. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Candidates are required to provide truthful and accurate information on their CVs and during interviews. 
  • Misrepresentation of qualifications or employment history may lead to disqualification or further action. 
  • Candidates must comply with any additional requirements set by the prospective employer. 

 

6. Fees and Payment Terms

  • All service fees will be outlined in the service agreement between the Company and the Client. 
  • Payments are to be made within 3-5 working days of receiving an invoice. 
  • Late payments may attract penalties or service suspension. 

 

7. Confidentiality

  • Position Ghana Limited will handle all information provided by clients and candidates with strict confidentiality. 
  • Parties agree not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties unless required by law or with written consent. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Position Ghana Limited is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or performance of candidates once employed by a client. 
  • We shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. 

 

9. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, as per the terms outlined in the service contract. 
  • Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will remain payable by the client. 

 

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising between Position Ghana Limited and the client or candidate shall first be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. 
  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. 

 

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Position Ghana Limited reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. 
  • Clients and candidates will be notified of significant changes via email or on our official website.
